Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee (or $25, whichever is higher) for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you may be required to rebook at a later time and a 20% fee may apply.
